They both individually decided to audition for a show called the Hunchback of Notre Dame. Luckily they were both cast in the show because of the magic that proceeded. While they were both in a significant amount of the show they weren’t called to the same rehearsals. They were finally at the same music rehearsal and Sam got to sing all of his songs throughout the show, and the spark of love quickly followed. It took another few weeks for the two of them to get the courage to have a conversation with each other, but once they did, they slowly started becoming more and more themselves. Through the encouragement of mutual friends they had finally set up a date. It took several months, the whole rehearsal process of a show and several performances, but they did eventually get together.
