How far is the hotel from the venue and downtown?
Answer
Our two hotel blocks are 30 minutes from the venue and about 10 minutes from downtown Lynchburg! We are working to provide transportation for our guests to and from the venue on our big day so save that gas money!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is __________. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding(:

Are children welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults. Take this time to sit back, relax, and have a night out!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us and for you(: Other than the ceremony, yes! Photos are welcome and encouraged. Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! there will be signature cocktails provided by both Ryan and I, as well as beer and wine to enjoy throughout the night! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you(; There will be a tip jar at the bar if you would like to tip our bartenders to show your appreciation! We will be providing the drinks so no need to bring your own. Let us treat you!

Is the wedding outside?
Answer
Yes, our ceremony is set to be outside followed by the cocktail party if the weather holds up! We are hoping for beautiful weather but it may be a little chilly. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day! The reception will be inside!
