Flights The closest airport to Sorrento is Naples International Airport, which is 30 miles from Sorrento. We would recommend booking flights and hotels as soon as dates are released for 2023 (which is typically one calendar year in advance). You can't fly direct to Sorrento from the U.S and will typically need to connect in Paris, Amsterdam,or U.K. For those who will be traveling from the U.K, you can fly directly to Naples. Once you have arrived in Naples, you can either rent a car (driving along the Amalfi coast is not a task for the faint of heart), take a taxi, or the train. A taxi service that is reliable and you can book in advance is www.naples-airport-taxi.com. The approx. price is 80 euros for two people with luggage. They also have larger cars if you want to book as a group. You can pay online in advance or pay the driver directly in cash. Hotels There are many options for hotels in Sorrento at varying price points. If you prefer you can also rent an apartment or house.
