To be sure a room is still available, please book your room BY June 19th. The rooms are able to be reserved for the nights of August 15th and 16th. Be mindful that if you choose to stay only on August 16th, you will not be able to enter into your room until 3pm.

Shuttle from Hotel to Venue

A shuttle will begin picking people up at 3:00pm at the hotel to take guests to the venue. The shuttle will be available for transportation to and from the venue until the wedding concludes at 10pm. The bus will not make stops elsewhere, so if you are a local guest looking to party hard and not worry about transportation, feel free to book a hotel room!
