How do I RSVP? What is the response deadline?

Answer

Formal invitations have been sent! If you didn't get yours, please let us know. RSVP online using the tab on this web page or by returning an RSVP card. We ask that all RSVPs be submitted by May 1st 2024.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love all of your children - With that said, this is an adult-only event. We hope that with enough advance notice, you can make arrangements for your children and enjoy the night with us. We are happy to make exceptions for babes in arms - Please reach out with any questions or concerns.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please find your seats on the Blackstone terrace by 5:15 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30.

Do you have any hotel reccomendations?

Answer

We recommend booking a room on-site at the Hotel Providence so that no transportation is needed. At this time, we are experiencing difficulties booking online with our dicount code. Until further notice, please book by phone, and specify that you are booking as part of the Cincotta Yorty wedding group. There are also several other hotels within walking distance. Please reach out to us if you need help finding a place to stay!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire. Cocktail wedding attire is a slightly more elevated dress code than semi-formal attire but is less formal than formal wedding attire. However, there are a few nuances that help differentiate a cocktail attire wedding from a semi-formal wedding. For both dress codes, a suit is preferable for men, while women should opt for a cocktail dress or formal jumpsuit. "Cocktail attire challenges you to be creative," says Greg Shugar, CEO and Creative Director of Beau Ties Ltd. "No color is off limits. No pattern is off-limits. And no specific mix of color or pattern is off limits."

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Valet parking is available for event-only guests at no charge. There is a fee for the valet service for those staying overnight.

While we can't predict the weather, we expect a high of around 70 degrees. Cloudiness or rain are possible this time of year, so we recommend keeping an eye on the weather as the event nears closer.
