When/where is the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding celebration will take place in Cogar, Oklahoma. Please see your invite for the exact address. The ceremony begins at 2:00 p.m., and we invite guests to arrive between 12:00-1:00 p.m. to ensure parking and seating. You will be denied entry if you arrive right as the ceremony is set to begin.

What should I wear?
Answer
Our wedding consists of a rustic cowboy theme, and we strongly encourage guests to dress in their Oklahoma Sunday best. Comfortable, country-inspired attire is the perfect choice for our special day. For men, we suggest button-up shirts paired with well-fitted jeans, while women might opt for a charming sundress or a semi-casual outfit that's perfect for an outdoor celebration. Feel free to add a touch of western spirit with cowboy boots or a stylish hat! A quick note on colors: Our wedding party will be wearing dusty sage and dusty blue. To help our wedding party stand out, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing these shades, as well as red, champagne, and white.

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will take place in an outdoor terrain, with the reception to follow in a charming, covered barn pavilion. Since much of our celebration—from dancing to socializing—will take place on grassy terrain, we kindly suggest wearing comfortable footwear that will allow you to move and enjoy the day with ease.

Are children allowed?

Children are welcome to join our ceremony and reception. As the evening progresses, please note that the celebration will feature more adult-oriented music and an increasingly festive atmosphere. We kindly ask parents to consider what environment is most appropriate for their children. If you choose to bring your little ones, please include them in your RSVP so we can ensure adequate catering. We look forward to sharing this special day with you and your family!

Our plus-one policy is clearly noted on your personal wedding invitation. We kindly request that you only bring the guests specifically listed on your invite. If you have special circumstances, please discuss them with us in advance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Our wedding venue nestles in the countryside of Cogar, Oklahoma, with convenient hotel options available in nearby towns. Guests can find comfortable accommodations in El Reno, Chickasha, and Hinton, all within a reasonable driving distance. While we won't be providing lodging or transportation, we're happy to help you plan your travel. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

Our ceremony will be unplugged, and we kindly ask that all guests be fully present with us during this moment. Please silence your devices and refrain from texting or taking calls throughout the ceremony. While we understand the desire to capture memories, we ask that you allow our photographer to document the day without distraction so we can all be fully immersed in the moment together.

Rain or shine, our celebration will continue! We've planned for every possibility, including tents to ensure our outdoor festivities continue seamlessly. If the forecast suggests rain, feel free to bring umbrellas for added comfort and style.
