If you plan to enjoy the bar at the reception, please use the shuttles provided as transportation. Taxi and Ride Share Services are extremely limited in this area. If you are not staying at one of the hotels, you are still welcome to park at one of the pickup locations and take the shuttle to the venue. Shuttle pickup locations include... Hampton Inn Penn Yan Best Western Plus Vineyard Inn & Suites Microtel by Wyndham Penn Yan Finger Lakes Shuttle Schedule 3:05 pm - Pick up at Hampton Inn 3:15 pm - Pick up at Best Western 3:25 pm - Pick up at Microtel 3:35 pm - Drop off at Crispin Hill 3:45 pm - Pick up at Hampton Inn 3:55 pm - Pick up at Best Western 4:05 pm - Pick up at Microtel 4:15 pm - Drop off at Crispin Hill The bus will then remain on property and will make trips back to the hotels as needed throughout the night. At 10 pm, the bus will begin drop-offs at Silverbird Woodfired for the after party. For those who will not be consuming alcohol, parking is available on-site at the venue. Please note that there are only 50 parking spots available, so carpooling is highly encouraged.
