We’ve now sent out emails with accommodation and payment details. If you haven’t received yours, please let us know.
We have sent emails to guests confirming their accommodation details. Unfortunately, due to capacity, not all guests are able to stay in the villa. If you have not received an email regarding where you will be staying, please let us know.
Our wedding weekend spans three days and includes a few different events. The Welcome Party, the dress code is Tuscan Chic. The wedding day, attire is Black Tie. For breakfast/brunch, please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. Please see the dress code section for more information.
Please RSVP by 31st July. We know this may seem early, but since the wedding is in Italy, it gives us ample time to make all the necessary arrangements.
If you’d prefer to stay elsewhere, please let us know, and we’d be happy to assist in arranging accommodation for you.
As much as we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding day an adults only occasion. However, we’d be happy to help arrange childcare or sitters for the day, so you can relax and fully enjoy this special celebration with us.
We recommend arriving at the ceremony area 15 minutes to ensure everyone is on time and ready for the celebration.
Yes! There is plenty of complimentary parking at the venue
Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate those formally invited on the invitation.
We would absolutely love to see you at every event, but we completely understand if you choose not to attend, especially if you're not staying at the villa. We kindly ask that you RSVP for each event so we can ensure we have the correct amount of catering.
Yes, absolutely! If you have a food allergy or any special dietary requests, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.
Our afternoon ceremony is planned to take place outdoors in the garden, followed by cocktail hour and the reception outdoors. Guests will walk along paved pathways to the garden and briefly step on grass to reach their seats. Weather permitting.
The closest airports to Villa Castelletto are Florence (about 1 hour 15 minutes away) and Perugia (about 1 hour away). Both are convenient options with Florence offering more international flights. Pisa and Rome are also possible but involve longer travel times.
From Florence you can either rent a car and drive about 1 hour 15 minutes directly to Villa Castelletto or take a train from Florence to Sinalunga and then a short taxi ride to the villa.
Additional updates or changes that need your attention will appear on our wedding website homepage & we will also send via email.
All wedding events will take place at Villa Castelletto in Sinalunga. Please refer to the schedule tab for all wedding events & times.
Check-in will commence at 4:00 PM. Upon arrival guests are kindly asked to present their passports to the check in staff, who will accompany them to their rooms and provide an overview of key locations for the wedding festivities.
As part of your stay we’ll be providing dinner at our welcome party, brunch on the wedding morning, grazing and dinner during the wedding celebration and a farewell breakfast on our checkout day. Drinks will be included throughout these events.
In mid June Sinalunga enjoys warm sunny days (around 25–27°C) and cooler evenings (14–16°C). In 2025 temperatures ranged from 27–35°C, so it’s best to check the forecast closer to the date. If it’s cooler or rainy we’ll move activities indoors to keep everyone comfortable.
We plan to spend a few days in Italy after the wedding and have arranged another villa just 30 minutes from the wedding venue. We’ll be hosting a very relaxed recovery day, and you are more than welcome to join us as we continue the celebration.
YES OF COURSE! Towels are available in the bathrooms, but please note that they are not provided for the pool.
