What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire! Semi-formal - a cross between elegant and comfortable. For the ladies think cocktail dresses and for the men think suits. Please no jeans or white dresses!

Where should we park?

Answer

There will be complimentary valet parking starting at 3:45 pm at The Factory for those who would like to drive to the event. If you are at all uncomfortable driving home at the end of the night, you can pick up your keys from valet, but you must pick up your car before 12pm on Sunday. Safety is our top priority! For our guests not wanting to drive, Lyft and Uber are widely available. Please take advantage of these services if you do not have a designated driver and are planning to party with us!

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be located outside in the courtyard area. Dinner and the reception will take place indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar to get the party going! Please keep this in mind when thinking about how you’ll get to and from the celebration!

Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

Answer

While we love to spend time with your children, we have limited space available, so we are not able to invite everyone’s little ones. Please take this opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate with us!

Why is your hashtag #BecomingBattleElf?

Answer

The origins of the last name Gonzalez trace back to a Visigothic name combining the words gunþo(guntho) (battle or war) and alf (elf). We thought this was a fun and unique way to celebrate us getting married and having the same last name!
