There are many places to stay in Big Bear Lake and Big Bear City. Some accommodations that we have looked into include Big Bear Frontier Hotel (linked) and Sleepy Forest Resorts (linked). Airbnb also has multiple options. If you choose to return down the mountain the evening of the wedding, please be aware that the drive from Big Bear to San Bernardino is approximately one hour.
