Back in 2013, Everett had just transferred to Pepperdine, settling into a new school and a new chapter. One afternoon in the cafeteria, Chloé spotted him across the room — and without missing a beat, turned to her friend and said three words, “Hook me up.” A week later, that friend made the introduction at a party. They hit it off, exchanged numbers, and started talking. It was casual at first — friendly texts, quick chats between classes, just getting to know each other. But then came a couple of small moments that stuck. One time, Everett was sick and Chloé showed up with DayQuil. Another time, she brought him food just because. Nothing over-the-top — just quiet acts of kindness that made Everett start to think, "is this wifey?!" From there, everything just clicked. What started as a casual connection quickly turned into a real relationship — full of laughter, deep conversations, shared adventures, and a lot of love. Over the last 12 years, they’ve grown together, supported each other through life’s highs and lows, and never stopped having fun along the way.
