We recommend arriving at the ceremony by 4:00 PM to enjoy welcome drinks and get settled before the celebration begins. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM.

Yes, the dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Feel free to dress up and look your best—we can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Yes, there is plenty of parking available! A large gravel lot is located on the property for your convenience.

Outside food or alcohol is strictly prohibited at the venue. We’ll have an open bar and plenty of delicious options for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for respecting this policy!

We do have guests staying at McMenamins Hotel Oregon in McMinnville. While the hotel does not offer a room block, it is a great options for our out of town guests! There are also a lot of cute Airbnbs around McMinnville that would be a great option as well.
