To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is July 22nd 2026, if we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one they'll be specifically addressed within the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!
As much as we love your little ones, the wedding is exclusively for adults, 21 and over, with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer.
Yes! There will be a bar for you to enjoy as you arrive, during cocktail hour, as well as during the reception! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly!
Yes, the sun will be shining (hopefully), the ceremony and cocktail hour are outside. The reception will be indoors and air conditioned! Please make sure to dress appropriately and stay hydrated!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:15 in the evening. Please arrive no later 4pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.
Yes! We have provided a shuttle service to pick everyone up from the hotel and bring them to our venue. Specific details to come on the formal invitation, as well as reminders of time at your hotel check in.
We encourage our guests to wear garden formal attire. For women please wear, floor length gowns, tea-length, or midi dresses. For men please wear suits.
Yes! It will be held at the hotel bar, following the end of the reception.
