Question

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

Please plan to arrive to Viansa Winery by 5 PM to allow time to find your seat and enjoy the beautiful views. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We want everyone to be settled and ready for the celebration!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is ample free parking at the venue if you wish to drive your party.

Question

If I don't want to drive, will transportation be provided to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Provided buses to/from Viansa Winery will depart from the parking lot behind Sonoma Square (335 1st St E, Sonoma, CA). Please check back here closer to the wedding date for exact bus pick-up times.

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire is Summer Formal. For Ladies: floor-length dresses or jumpsuits. No mini/short dresses please. For Gentlemen, suit and tie. Fun colors and light fabrics are welcome! Please do not wear white. Bridesmaids will be wearing light yellow. The ceremony will be outdoors and reception will be indoor/outdoor. We recommend dressing comfortably for warm weather, with a light jacket or shawl if temperatures drop in the evening. You may wear sunglasses during the ceremony if needed. Be ready to dance!

Can I bring a Plus One?

Kindly note that our invitation is extended to those named on your RSVP. We’re excited to celebrate with you and ask that you please respect the guest list by not bringing additional guests unless specified.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love kids, our wedding will be an adults-only event apart from our closest family. We appreciate your understanding, and hope you enjoy a kid-free weekend in beautiful Sonoma!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please include any allergies or dietary restrictions in your RSVP. Our chef is wonderful and extremely accommodating to any needs.
