Donny and Chloe met freshman year of high school in homeroom. They were locker buddies all throughout high school, but didn't get to know each other until the end of sophomore year. Donny and Chloe had mutual friends, who eventually brought them together. They quickly fell in love the summer of 2012 after Chloe returned home from a month in France, and the rest is history.

Before meeting up with friends outside of the city, Donny took Chloe to her favorite nature spot near their Cambridge apartment. They played in the field by the water with their brand new puppy, Miller. When Chloe was distracted by Miller's cuteness, Donny got on one knee and asked for Chloe's hand in marriage. Before Donny could get all of his words out, Chloe was saying "YES" and crying happy tears. They spent the rest of the day celebrating with siblings, friends and parents. A weekend for the books!
