Will there be a shuttle/bus?

Answer

Some of the hotels listed have a shuttle service to airport and to venue. If renting a car when arriving to BWI/IAD/DCA there is a private rental car service called TURO that we HIGHLY recommend, you can download the app or use online. Again, feel free to do what is convenient for you.

Is there a hotel Block?

Answer

We will not be using a hotel block, but hotels listed are all within 5-10 minutes of each other to stay close :) We Know MD is not close to any family unfortunately as we are all throughout the states and other countries, so we want to make sure everyone can choose what is convenient for them as we would LOVE to see you there!
