Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults only celebration. We hope you're able to use this day/evening as a special night out! Thank you for making secure arrangements ahead of time.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, we're keeping our guest list intimate and cannot accomodate plus ones.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving beer, wine, and signature cocktails throughout the night.

Is there post event transportation?

Answer

We have rented a shuttle service for our guests that will run from 10:00pm-1:00am. If you insist on staying later, there are taxi services on Salt Spring. We kindly ask that guests who plan to drink please make use of the shuttle service rather than driving back to their accommodations.

Is there on site parking?

Answer

There is a large parking lot up top at the end of the gravel driveway at the venue. Parking is free and overnight parking is permitted.

Who do I go to if I have questions?

Answer

Our lovely wedding coordinator Emma will be at the venue all day during the wedding. If anyone has any questions the day of, she will be more than happy to help!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend our guests to arrive 15-30 minutes early to park, find your seat and get settled before the ceremony begins. The ceremony start time is 3:00pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to celebrate, we’d love to see everyone looking their best! Semi formal wear - summer/spring colours, floral patterns and earthy tones are encouraged! A reminder that our ceremony will be outdoors so please choose shoes that will be suitable for grass.

Cell phone policies for the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request guests to turn off their phones and hold off on taking videos/pictures during our ceremony as we will have our photographer and videograoher capturing every moment during the ceremomy. Guests are welcome to take all the videos and pictures after the ceremony/during the reception!

Where do we go after the ceremony?

Answer

Cocktail hour will be hosted outside beside the barn, there will be lawn games and drinks available!

Where are the washrooms located?

Answer

The washroom will be located on site inside the barn.

Is there a registry?

Answer

We’re so lucky to already have everything we need for our home. We won’t be having a traditional registry, but instead we’ve set up a honeymoon fund. Contributions are completely optional, but always appreciated! Your love and support mean the world to us, and any contribution will help us create unforgettable memories together 🤎
