Our story started on social media back in April 2022. what began as simple messages quickly turned into us talking every single day and spending hours on FaceTime. We really clicked, but by July, life just got in the way. Daulton was traveling a lot for work, and I was dealing with the heartbreaking loss of my sister. We were both in such different places at the time, and because we respected each other so much, we decided it was best to let go and head down our own paths. Fast forward to August 2023, and the universe gave us a pretty hilarious push back together. My Instagram actually got hacked, and the hacker ended up having a full conversation with Daulton because he had no idea it wasn't me! When I found out and told him what happened, Daulton didn't miss a beat. He gave me his number and told me to call him so we could catch up anyway. That one phone call changed everything. Those hour-and-a-half drives every weekend led me to June 2024, when I finally moved to Lawrenceburg and started the absolute best chapter of my life. Living in this home with Daulton for the past two years has shown me what true love really looks like. This house is where we’ve built our foundation, and I can’t wait to fill these rooms with even more laughter, deeper memories, and eventually, the babies we’ve dreamed of.
