We recommend arriving in Barcelona on Sunday, October 3 or Monday, October 4. Give yourself a day (or two!) to settle in, adjust to the time change, explore the city, and sleep off the jet lag before the celebrations officially begin on Tuesday, October 5. *You'll need to get your own hotel if you arrive earlier than Tuesday, October 5, as we do not have the villa until then.
Fly into Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN). BCN is Barcelona's main international airport and the airport we recommend for all of our guests.
Casa Fèlix s/n BV-2111 Olivella, Barcelona 08818 Spain
We are currently coordinating arrival and check-in details with Casa Fèlix and will share your exact check-in time and transportation recommendations once we receive more details.
Guests will be staying with us at Casa Fèlix from Tuesday, October 5 through Friday, October 8. Check-out is Friday morning, and everyone will need to be out of the estate by 11:00 am.
Casa Fèlix is about a 30-minute drive from Barcelona. We’ll share more specific transportation guidance closer to the wedding, but guests should plan on taking a taxi, private transfer, or rideshare. We recommend downloading Cabify before your trip.
We recommend downloading Cabify. Think of Cabify as Spain's Uber. It's very easy to use, lets you request and pay for rides though the app, and operates throughout Barcelona. You can use Uber or Lyft as well ~ but it does tend to take longer to get rides/more expensive.
We’re still finalizing transportation plans and will share those details once we have them confirmed. If transportation is provided for any portion of the weekend, we’ll make sure all timing and pickup details are clearly listed here.
You likely won’t need one for the wedding weekend itself. Barcelona is easy to explore on foot, by public transportation, taxi, or Cabify. Since everyone will also be staying together at Casa Fèlix, renting a car is completely optional.
We’ll list the dress code for each event on the itinerary. For now, think elevated, polished, and European. We want everyone to feel amazing, but comfortable enough to eat, drink, dance, and enjoy the weekend.
Parts of the weekend will take place outdoors around the estate, so please keep that in mind when choosing shoes and layers. We’ll share more weather-specific guidance as we get closer.
October in Barcelona is typically mild (in the 70s), but evenings can be cooler. We recommend bringing a light layer for nights outside and checking the forecast again before you pack.
We love your little ones, but our wedding weekend will be adults only. We hope this gives everyone the chance to fully relax and enjoy a few days away with us.
Please refer to your invitation and RSVP for the guests included in your party. Because we’ll all be staying together at the estate, space is limited and we’re only able to accommodate the guests specifically invited.
If you’ve been invited to stay with us at the villa, your accommodation at Casa Fèlix will be part of the wedding weekend. Room assignments and additional stay details will be shared closer to the wedding.
If you are staying with us at Casa Fèlix, no hotel is needed for those nights. You will only need to book accommodations in Barcelona for any nights before October 5 or after checking out on October 8.
Bring it with you to Casa Fèlix when you check in. You’ll have time to find your room, unpack, and get ready before the welcome party begins.
Yes! There will be plenty of time to sleep in, relax, explore the estate, hang by the pool, and enjoy Spain.
Most places in Barcelona accept credit cards, but we recommend carrying a small amount of euros for smaller purchases, tips, or situations where cards may not be accepted.
Please include any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so we can make sure you’re taken care of throughout the weekend.
