We met in 2022 thanks to a dating app called Hinge. It turns out a swipe right can change everything and for us, it definitely did! Our first date at a ramen spot in Downtown Houston was only supposed to be dinner, but it quickly turned into hours of conversation that lasted until closing time. Even then, neither of us was ready for it to end. From that moment on, we were inseparable, spending every weekend together and talking on the phone for hours each day. We like to believe in the invisible string theory—that God gently guides you exactly where you're meant to be. Chris’s journey brought him from Toronto to Orlando and eventually to Houston, a city that was never meant to be permanent…until it was. Two years after we met, Chris proposed at home alongside our dogs, Link and Zelda. Shortly after our engagement, we bought our very first home!
