Question

Is the wedding outside or inside?

Answer

Our plan is to have the ceremony and cocktail hour outside and the reception inside! Pray for good weather! In the event of storms, everything will be moved indoors.

What time should I get there?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please try to arrive by 3:45 to ensure enough time to get situated prior to the start of the ceremony. If you arrive late, you will be asked to wait off the the side until the conclusion of the ceremony.

Can I bring a plus one? How about children?

Answer

In order to abide by our venue's maximum occupancy and keep things comfortable wise, we ask only those listed on your invite attend. A plus one will show when you go to RSVP if you were given one. We love kids, but we kindly ask that this be a child free event with he exception of those in our bridal party. Take this as a chance to have a kid-free date night!

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding hotel is the Courtyard by Marriott in Holland. It is located off of 475 on Airport Highway about 15 minutes from the venue! Please call or book online using the link in the "Travel" section to be included in our discounted rate.

Are you providing transportation?

Answer

Yes! There will be a continuous shuttle running to and from the hotel our wedding block is at! The shuttle will start running at 3pm and then begin taking people back to the hotel starting at 9pm

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at our venue. You are able to leave your vehicles overnight, if needed. All vehicles left over night must be picked up by 10am Sunday morning.

Are there any rules?

Answer

Our venue has a strict no indoor smoking (including vaping) and no drug policy. There is a designated place outdoors for smoking if that is something you partake in. The venue owners will be present throughout the day and do reserve the right to ask you to leave, and possibly fine us if they see you vaping indoors or partaking in drug related activities. Please respect our venues policies and don't get kicked out!!

What do I wear?

Answer

We are asking for cocktail attire! Think formal dresses, button down tops or polos with dress pants. With it being August and the plan to have portions of our day outdoors, we want you to dress up but also be comfortable! Our bridesmaids will be wearing dark blue, and we ask you avoid shades of white and cream. Don't be afraid to send outfit inspo to the bride if you are unsure.

What is the Morning After brunch?

Answer

For those staying at the hotel, we will have a private brunch buffet set up on Sunday! This is a come - and - go as you please thing so feel free to stop by and load up on some coffee, bagels, muffins, and scones!

What's for dinner?

Answer

We will be having a buffet style dinner with several options including brisket, chicken, pasta, and salad. If you have a dietary restriction please let the Mother of the Bride, Judy know ASAP so we can accommodate!
