Although not the only option, Athens (ATH) is the nearest international airport to Mykonos. Once in Athens, there are two options to get to Mykonos. You can fly from Athens (ATH) to Mykonos Airport (JMK) which is approximately a 40m direct flight, or you can take a ferry or catamaran which take which are a 2h 30m+ ride, depending on type of boat and stops.
