Where is the wedding taking place?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will take place at a private American Canyon residence residence tucked within the beautiful hills of southern Napa Valley.

What time is the ceremony?
Answer
Seating begins at 4:30pm with the ceremony starting promptly at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive early to allow time for parking and a short walk down the pathway to the ceremony. Following the ceremony, there will be appetizers, dinner, and merriment.

What is the dress code? What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code is Garden/Semi-Formal. Our wedding will be taking place entirely outdoors. May we suggest sundresses or cocktail dresses for women and casual suits, slacks, and button-downs for men (ties or no ties). Comfortable footwear is recommended for rugged pathways. You'll likely feel underdressed in casual attire and overdressed in a full tuxedo. If in doubt, please don't hesitate to reach out.

What weather should I expect?
Answer
We expect warm, breezy weather this time of year with cooler conditions as the night goes on. As the event will be entirely outdoors, a light jacket or sweater is recommended.

How do I RSVP? When is the RSVP deadline?

We hope you’ll be able to join us for this special day. Please use the "RSVP" tab on this website to let us know your plans before August 10th.

Can I bring an additional guest?
Answer
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

What should I expect after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will take photographs. Guests can enter the barn for appetizers and games. Dinner will be served around 7:00pm with dancing to follow.

Are you registered?
Answer
The greatest wedding gift is your presence on this special day! If you so choose, you may contribute to our Newlywed Fund which can be found on the "Registry" tab.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
We adore photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos and videos during the unplugged ceremony and allow for our phenomenal photographers to capture these moments. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #DeCastros2024 so we can see them too!
