What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 26th! You may reply online or by returning the RSVP card from your invitation.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The party bus will pick guests up at the hotel at 4:00PM. All guests must be at the chapel by 4:30 in order to be seated.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to wear black! We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

The party bus will pick guests up at the hotel at 4:00PM. The bus will take guests to the ceremony, reception, and back to the hotel.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Attendees can book rooms online through the Passkey link provided below. The property’s Reservation Call Center will can be reached at (833) 702-7272 and are available from Monday through Friday, 6am to 8pm (PST) for any questions. Passkey Website: https://book.passkey.com/go/ChloeCopeWeddingGroupFBLV All rooming reservations must be submitted and/or reserved by October 24th. After this date, all unused room inventory will be released back to the hotel, and additional requested rooms will be subject to the hotel’s availability.
