We’re getting married!

Cole and Holly first met in September, 2014 when Holly and some of her coworkers joined a Friday night bowling league in Yorkton. In the first frame of the first game that they played against each other, Cole got a strike right away leading Holly to make a comment about how he is a "real professional". Little did Holly know that Cole's bowling team would harass him about this title for years until Holly and Cole first started dating in April of 2017.

Everything changed in April, 2017 when Holly went to move into a new condo. She had knee surgery less than a month before the big move and was still on crutches so Cole being the gentleman that he is offered to lend a hand (and a truck) in the moving process. Shortly after, Cole and Holly started dating. Natalie soon after became Cole's constant little shadow and left her mom in the dust.

On Christmas morning 2018 came the biggest shock of Holly's life. After finishing opening presents, Cole mentioned that he thought one may have been missed. Natalie went searching under the tree only to find nothing left. Cole mentioned that maybe he hid it up higher so mom should help her to look. Holly got up to help only to turn around to ask for a clue and be shocked to see Cole down on one knee. Let the wedding planning begin!!

Whats the worst that could happen? A global pandemic. After finally getting plans in place, we were so excited to celebrate our wedding 10/10/2020 with all of our friends and family.... and then March 2020 hit. We still had high hopes that this would be a two week thing and that October would still work but by July our venue had cancelled our location and we knew we had to make the hard decision to postpone.

Covid may have been able to stop us from having a large party with all of our family and friends but while we were waiting for a "safe" time to come we decided that we wanted to expand our family and along came Alyssa on November 11, 2021! The perfect little flower girl for our wedding!

After Holly spent the first year of Alyssa's life home with her, we kept having people ask us, when is the wedding going to be? We wanted to wait until Holly was back to work so once she was back we started thinking of dates again and thought an early NYE celebration would be a lot of fun! Save the date- 12/30/2023 it is!! We can't wait to celebrate with all of our loved ones!
