We kindly request that you do not take any photos until the ceremony is complete as we have invested dearly in photography and videography. You are more than welcome to take photo and video throughout the reception/night, just please be mindful of our photographer and videographer during special moments such as our first dance and cake cutting.
We can't wait to see everyone in their best semi-formal or cocktail attire. We also encourage everyone to wear autumn colors; think shades of brown, maroons, pale pink, dark green, mauve, etc, but not required.
The warming of the rings is an Irish wedding tradition where the wedding bands are passed along to all guests in attendance during the ceremony. Upon receiving the rings, guests will "warm" the rings with prayers, well wishes, or positive thoughts towards the couple's marriage/future, for a brief moment, before passing them to the next person.
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm so we urge guests to be settled in their seats by 5:25pm.
The weather anticipated for 11/8/2024 is a high of 75 degrees and a low of 44 degrees. There is a chance of rain/thunderstorms so we will have a weather check the day of to decide if we will shift to fully indoors. As of now, the ceremony will be outdoors, covered outdoor pavilion for cocktail hour and indoor dinner/reception.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! Should you wish to bless us with a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon fund would be sincerely appreciated. We also have a small Amazon registry located under the Registry tab.
