There is no Uber or Bolt available on the island. Car rentals are easy and it's easy driving around the island. You can also book a private driver for specific trips. I will be sending a shuttle to pick up anyone who is flying in the same flight as us. Please let us know if you'd like help booking a transfer from airport, or if staying in another Airbnb the host can help you coordinate.
The venue is walkable to: Beach 300 meters Super Market, Shops & Restaurants 300 meters
Wedding weekend officially begins Thursday, the Bachelorette will be Thursday night so plan to get there in time if attending. Usually flights have you landing the next day, so we will be starting to fly to Crete Tuesday evening to land Wednesday afternoon. We will be in the Airbnb until Monday the 9th.
We will notify you if you are staying at the venue, otherwise I have linked several Airbnbs in the area under Travel Information. If you do not see one that works, search for "Bali, Crete" in Airbnb and that should populate plenty of options!
Think Coastal Wedding but with Earthy color palate. I have a few Pintrest board ideas saved under the Gallery for examples!
Weather will be *most likely* highs of 65 degrees lows of 55 degrees. Will be windy as is everywhere on Greek Islands.
For those of you attending our destination wedding we do not expect anything, but your lovely presence. If you'd like to provide a gift, either way our Registry is on the Registry Page. We ask that you send the gift to our address so that you don't have to travel with the item internationally. Thank you for considering us!
Yes, for the Wedding we will have an open bar.
For those of you who are attending, please reach out to the Bride and Groom to double check. We have a guest limit we have to keep so trying to be conservative to not kick out any of our loved ones.
