The nearest airport to the venue is Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru (BLR) which is a 30-minute drive from the hotel. Not to worry, we'll help with the airport transfer upon your arrival!

Please apply for an Indian e-tourist visa (if you need one), at least 3-weeks before your travel using this website: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html
Note that the Indian authorities issue visas with dates in the DD/MM/YY format.
The online application process should take about 30-45 mins and the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) will be sent to your e-mail over a few days upon approval. Please remember to print the ETA before departure and present it at the Immigration Check Post in Bangalore Airport where an e-Visa will be stamped on your passport. As standard procedure, the officer might ask to ten-print everyone in your group.
