Anthony & Chiquita met in a unorthodox way. Anthony was a contractor working on the Hannor's house and they started conversing. They began to talk and stated that they have someone that Tony need's to meet and that was their sister Chiquita. Mike Lo called Chiquita and asked if she was at the house she stated "yes". She was under the impression that the contractor was coming to take a look at her parent's bathroom project to provide a quote not that she was getting introduced. Anthony came into the home and Chiquita explained the service that her parents were looking for and advised "that she wants to ensure that he was going to do the job and do it accurately." Anthony started doing his evaluations on the project and Chiquita offered him some water. He was very surprised to have been offered the water. After the quote was made, Chiquita proceeds to provide Anthony with her contact information to ensure this project was completed. Three days later, Anthony called Chiquita and they all decided (including the Hannors) that they will go grab some dinner. The dinner was over around 10pm but they stayed in the parking lot conversing for over 2hours. They begin talking almost daily as friends, Chiquita would pray for Tony and also reintroduced him to God. Chiquita would speak life and encourage Tony to continue going. They continued being friends for over 3mths and Tony asked Chiquita if they could take a shot at having a relationship. 2 years later we are here, and excited to embark upon this journey. Chiquta knows without a shadow of doubt that Tony is heaven sent and Tony knows that Chiquita is his "good thing/favor" from God. With this union, they will have a blended family of 5 and will instill great values into these children. They will see what a long-lasting healthy marriage will look like. This is our story as we both truly took a shot on love, and it has indeed been a blessing.
