What if I cannot show proof of vaccination for the Wedding on 10/9?

Answer

If you cannot show proof of vaccination for our wedding at Cielo Farms on Saturday, October 9th we are requiring proof of a negative COVID-19 test, dated within 72 hours of the event. With this timeline, you will need to be tested on the evening of 10/6 at the earliest. Please send negative test proofs to the same email address as above with documentation attached, with name(s) and "NEGATIVE TEST" in the subject line.

What if I cannot show proof of vaccination for the Welcome Drinks event on 10/8?

Answer

In compliance with CDC guidelines, if you cannot show proof of vaccination for our Welcome Drinks event at The Penthouse Restaurant at The Huntley Hotel on Friday, October 8th, we ask that you do not attend. There will be no exceptions, and we strongly encourage everyone to get fully vaccinated before our wedding weekend so you can enjoy this celebration with us!

What's the status of reopening in LA County?

Answer

As of mid-April, LA county has removed restrictions on large outdoor gatherings, including weddings. As of mid-June, restrictions have been lessened even further for large gatherings, restaurants, bars, etc, with the majority of businesses operating at a normal capacity. As of 7/18/21 health officials in LA county have mandated wearing masks indoors, regardless of vaccination status. Please see above regarding new guidelines for our Welcome Drinks event on Friday, October 8th, as this is our only indoor event.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire wedding event on Saturday, October 9th will be outdoors from start to finish - this includes the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Welcome drinks on Friday, October 8th will be indoors.
