What is the schedule like on the wedding day?What is the schedule like on the wedding day?

Answer

5-5:30pm Ceremony: If you want to see some of the gardens before the ceremony come at 4pm or 4:30pm 5:30-6:45pm: Cocktails & Hors d’oeuvres passed & live food stations 7:00pm -8:30pm: Reception Dinner - Family style 8:30pm: Wedding Cake 9-9:30pm: Goodbyes, good wishes and thanks to all the guests. 10pm: Head to the hotel.

Answer

Open seating for the ceremony except for the front reserved rows for the immediate family members Open seating at the Reception Dinner - find friends or make new ones by seating where you want to.

Answer

There is no menu per say. Dinner will be served family-dining style, with a wide range of food to hopefully meet everyone's dietary requirements, aka. enjoy everything you can!

Answer

If you have a food allergy or restriction, we will have place cards & stickers for you to take from the welcome table to use at your seat and we will have specific food items labeled.

Semi formal & formal - just come dressed up so we can see how wonderful you look and celebrate with us

What is the Chinese gift custom?What is the Chinese gift custom?

Answer

While we do have a registry (and this is not a traditional Chinese wedding), we also provide Ang Pow (Chinese Red Envelopes) for cash gifts as per Chinese customs, to ease any burden or trouble with bringing physical gifts. It is a typical Chinese gesture to bestow good wishes, happiness, and blessings upon the newly wed couple.
