This Mexican Market is a hotspot for tourists, but it's definitely worth the trip just west of Downtown, especially if you're looking for unique gifts or artwork. And if you're a baker, be sure to pick up a bottle of pure Mexican Vanilla! (Just make sure you have room to check it in your bag!)
The Pearl is San Antonio's one-stop-shop for a relaxing day out! This is one of our favorite go-to's when we want to get out of the house, and we'd love to share that with you too! Check out the Farmer's Market on Saturdays & Sundays, or cool off at Lick Honest Ice Creams!!
A list of San Antonio attractions would be incomplete without mention of the San Antonio Missions. While the Alamo is notably the most famous, it is only 1 of 5 that line the San Antonio River on it's way to the Gulf! Rent a bike or put on your walking shoes to explore them one-by-one while enjoying the fresh air!
For all you craft beer lovers out there! San Antonio has some notable breweries, but if you're looking for one that's inviting, tasty, and off the beaten path then Roadmap is a great place to check out! To be honest we first came here when we met with our Photographer, but he's a local so that's gotta mean something right?
A little further out of the way, Rebecca Creek is a low-key whiskey and vodka distillery just north of the city. While we often venture there on Friday nights, Rebecca Creek also has live music and free tours every day of the week! We like them so much, we've made sure to include both their whiskey & vodka for our Reception!
OK so *technically* this is still located within the Pearl, but let's face it, a good wine bar deserves a shoutout! These guys are Class with a capital "C"! Plus you spell "charcuterie" with a "C" too so it totally fits! Don't be afraid to ask these guys questions either - they are eager to share their knowledge!! Wine? Wiiiine not!?!?
