A traditional Cambodian Wedding lasts anywhere between 3 days to a week long. Our ceremony will be condensed into 1 day, starting around 9am and ending around 2pm. It is not required for you to stay for the entire ceremony, but are more than welcome to.
As part of Cambodian culture, the Bride and Groom walk with the Wedding Party to each table during the reception and thank every guest for attending. During that time, an exchange of Wedding gifts takes place by placing your Wedding envelope in the traditional Wedding Box. If you wish to participate in Cambodian tradition, please hold onto your envelope until the Wedding Party arrives at your table.
As part of Filipino culture, the bride and groom perform the “Money Dance” in front of everyone where guests pin any amount of money on the Bride’s gown or the Groom’s Barong Tagalog.
