Maria & Nate met at college orientation at Hofstra University in 2013. Nate caught Maria's eye and she made a mission to go talk to him. Nate played lacrosse (even though Maria thought he was a baseball player) and Maria played soccer and they both were Exercise Science majors. Maria is graduating physical therapy school in June 2020 and Nate is graduating Chiropractic school in December 2020. With different personalities, but similar interests Maria & Nate are meant to be.

Nate proposed to Maria at Brooklyn Bridge Park the day before Thanksgiving (Maria's favorite place & holiday) in 2017. Nate took off his jacket and asked Maria to take a picture together. Nate hates taking pictures and it was freezing out so Maria was confused. Nate got on one knee while Maria was staring at the camera cheesing for a good minute before she realized Nate was proposing. A few tears later (it was really windy), Maria undoubtedly said Yes! They were surrounded by family & friends and the day couldn't have been more special!

From car rides to plane rides to boat rides to ski lifts, Maria & Nate love to travel together. The last 6 years we have traveled to: Barcelona, Nice, Marseille, Portugal, San Francisco, Mont Tremblant, Jamaica, Florida, Banff, Jasper, Curacao. We can't wait for more adventures!
