Arrival & Welcome Night

Mid-Day – Arrival & Check-In Once you hit the sand, you’re officially on Chief’s 40th weekend. We’ll have a welcome drink waiting as you pull up, then it’s time to settle into your room. Drop your bags and ease into vacation mode. Evening – Welcome Dinner & Chill We’re starting the weekend with dinner at the house with Chef Pok. - Dinner and plenty of fun around the table. Afterward, head outside for the fire pit, music, & drinks. It’s a relaxed first night — the perfect kickoff before we dive into the full celebration on Friday.

The Big Celebration

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Morning – Beach Time or Golf Wake up to coffee, breakfast, and your choice of how to kick off the day. - Golf crew: hit the course for a round (we’ll coordinate tee times). - Beach crew: stay back for wild horse tours, deck hangs, or shell searches and beach walks. Afternoon – Beach Fun Everyone’s back together for sun and fun. Hot tub, beach games, or just grab a drink and chill. Evening – Chief’s 40th Party We’ll start the evening with sunset cocktails on the beach before gathering back at the house for surf & turf with Chef Pok. The night continues with toasts, roasts, and karaoke. Come ready to celebrate!

We’ve got an optional scramble (captain’s choice) lined up at Kilmarlic Golf Club, one of the Outer Banks’ premier courses. Details: - Format: Scramble / Captain’s Choice – perfect for all skill levels. - Rates: As K Club guests, enjoy special pricing: $69.00 per player (morning tee times) $64.00 per player (after 1:00pm) - Rates include green fee + cart. - Club Rentals: Plenty available — right-handed, left-handed, and ladies’ sets.

Morning – Slow Start After a big night, the morning’s all about recovery. Grab coffee, bagels, and fruit, no rush. Sleep in, hit the beach, or lounge by the pool. Afternoon – Party Bus Excursion We’re taking the celebration on the road. Stops will include local bars, beach hangouts, and surprise spots along the way. Evening – Back at the House Roll back in just in time for another round of sunset views. Casual dinner and a chill night by the fire pit, the perfect way to close out an epic weekend.

Farewell + Send-Off

Morning – Easy Breakfast Bagels, fruit, coffee, and whatever’s left in the fridge. Nothing fancy — just a chance to recharge and swap a few last stories before the road. Late Morning – Goodbyes Pack up, check out, and head off the beach.
