The cut off date to reserve a room at the discounted rate is Wednesday, July 6, 2022. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of your call. The discounted rate is for reservations checking in on Friday, August 5, 2022 and checking out on Sunday, August 7, 2022. Check in is at 3:00pm EST on day of arrival, and check out is at 12:00 pm EST on the day of departure. The hotel is happy to hold each guest's belongings until check-in.
