Our story begins when Andy invited Lauren to go ice skating at the Whitewater Center. Because Andy was born in Minnesota and his dad is a figure skating coach, he thought he would be the better skater in comparison to Lauren’s years of playing hockey. Turns out, Andy just swept Lauren off her feet (a few times)!

After a long week, we took our three dogs to walk around Whitewater Center to enjoy a beer and some live music. While Lauren was taking pictures of the dogs, Andy slipped a note into Patsy’s harness. When the note read, “Can we keep him?” Lauren thought he was talking about Henry but then Andy was down on one knee. A yes and a kiss began this next chapter in our lives.

We're so excited to celebrate with everyone this November at the Providence Cotton Mill. The character of the building is the perfect backdrop to the beginning of our forever.
