We met in Pre-K, as two tiny humans sharing crayons and animal crackers, completely unaware that fate had already pulled up a chair beside us. For years, we crossed paths in hallways, at recess, and afternoon pick up. It wasn't until middle school when our friend groups began to merge together. High school turned friendship into something deeper when we realized we wanted to be part of each other's lives. After graduation, life tested us. We faced long-distance through college and challenges of military life. There were hard goodbyes, different time zones, and moments when all we had was trust and love. Every reunion proved the same truth, we were always meant for each other. After growing up together, we are ready for the next chapter ahead. We are ready for forever, where the best part of our story is still ahead.
