Joe and Nicole met at Centerpoint Church in 2019 while serving on the Worship Team together🥁🎤✝️. The first time Joe and Nicole hung out, they went to lunch and Joe shared his testimony about how he became a Christian. As time went on, their friendship began to grow and flourish in a deep, meaningful way. Although Nicole thought wanted to remain as friends, she began to realize that she may actually have a true love for Joe. Little did Nicole know, he had been praying for a godly woman for years and was hoping to meet someone at church. Nicole felt the same way, desiring to find a christian husband one day who loved Jesus. As their relationship grew, they realized how much they had in common such as playing together on the worship team🙌🏻, working out at the gym💪🏻🏋🏻‍♀️, going on adventures🌄🧗🏻‍♀️🏖 and their love for food🍝🌮🍫! They decided to officially start dating on September 20, 2020. Two of Joe's favorite things about Nicole are her love for others and her exuberant personality. Some of Nicole's favorite things about Joe are his incredible cooking skills and musical gifts (thank you, Jesus!!🙌🏻🇮🇹). He displays the true heart of a servant and has a gentle, nurturing spirit. Though the foundation of Joe and Nicole's relationship was built during the heart of a pandemic, they have only drawn closer to one another and closer to Christ as a couple. They both pursued godly counsel, prayer and encouragement from friends and family that helped guide their relationship along the way. Joseph and Nicole went to Planting Fields Arboretum for their very first picnic together. He read a beautiful letter to Nicole and asked her to spend the rest of her life with him and be his wife. She said yes 3 times! To God be the glory!🙌🏻🙏🏻🥹

The journey of Joe and Nicole's relationship has not been a picture-perfect love story, but one that is authentic, humbling and transparent. They have walked through storms and trials that have challenged their relationship, along with facing circumstances that many couples have never encountered. They’ve been learning to trust God in the process, knowing He holds all things together for good. Joe and Nicole believe that He wants to use their story to help others and bring glory to our King.
