Do you have a wedding registry?

Yes, we have a registry! We’ve picked out a few things that will help turn our house into a home — though having you celebrate with us is the real gift. You can find our registry details on the Registry page.

This will be my first Nigerian wedding. Is there anything I should know or expect?

Answer

Prepare for a celebration! Nigerian weddings are known for great music, amazing food, vibrant outfits, and lots of dancing. The biggest thing to remember is to come ready to have fun and celebrate with us.

I would love to attend, but unfortunately I can’t make it to Davis on the 16th. Is there another way I can still be part of the celebration?

Answer

We would love to celebrate with all our family and friends. If you’re unable to join us in person, the ceremony will be live-streamed on the FBC Davis YouTube channel, so you can still share in the special moment with us. Unfortunately, the reception will not be streamed.

How can I watch the ceremony on the FBC Davis YouTube channel?

Answer

Please reach out to the bride or groom before April 16, and we will make sure you receive the livestream link ahead of the wedding day.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

With the wedding just two months away, we kindly ask that you RSVP by April 16. Please visit the RSVP page on this website to submit your response so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

No alcohol will be served at the wedding. But don’t worry — the celebration will still be full of great food, music, laughter, and plenty of good vibes!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is comfortable. Please wear something comfortable and appropriate for the celebration. And remember—it’s a Nigerian wedding, so feel free to bring some color and style!

Yes, there will be parking available.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not reserve a hotel room block, so please feel free to book accommodations wherever you feel most comfortable. Nearby options can be found in Davis, Sacramento, Woodland, or Dixon.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Please feel free to take photos throughout the celebration. We will provide a link on the wedding day where you can upload and share your pictures with us so we can enjoy them together.
