Westchester County Airport is a smaller airport but hosts direct flights from some major cities (including Chicago!). It's a 20 minute drive to the Tarrytown, so taxing/ubering may be the best option.

NYC has multiple airports, but LGA is the closest to Tarrytown at around a 40 minute drive.

Newark and JFK airports are also an option and are around a 1 hour drive to Tarrytown.

Metro-North Train

The Green Line (Hudson) has stops in Tarrytown and Grand Central Station.
