Car Pooling / Car Rental

The venue is a bit far from major cities and airports, you will need a car to get there. The link below (click on "View") is for a spreadsheet to coordinate carpooling. If you are driving and have room in your car, please fill out the spreadsheet to offer free seats to folks who need a ride. The venue also has somewhat limited parking so sharing vehicles is great!

Flight

Sacramento, Oakland or San Francisco

Sacramento is the closest airport at ~1.5 hour drive from the venue. Oakland and SFO are both about ~3/3.5 hour drive from the venue.

Sleeping Arrangements

If you are looking for more conventional lodging, a hotel may be an option for you! We have not vetted a full list of hotels or VRBO/Airbnb accommodations in the area, but there are plenty of hotels in Nevada City, CA (~40 mins from the property).
