Michelle always has Chiara's back. And even after seven years of living together, Chiara missed seeing Michelle every day so much that she got a job at Steelcase. ;)

Max is Gabe's favorite man in STEM. City High Middle School's top science teacher, Max is smart, hilarious, kind, and a great friend. He's the guy who's always there for you — whether you need a good laugh or a dish to pass. Gabe counts himself lucky to have had Max as a friend and neighbor for the past 10+ years.

From elementary school sleepovers to living a couple floors apart as adults, lifelong besties Emily and Chiara have spent more of their lives talking (and singing show tunes and Gregorian chants) to each other than one might think possible. Life wouldn't be nearly as glamorous — or therapeutic — without Emily's sparkle.

Although Gabe’s younger brother by eight years, Andy has always been a best friend. They've spent the years watching UFC fights, playing video games and working at the family restaurant together — and they never run out of things to talk about. Gabe loves Andy’s authenticity and dedication, and he's the GOAT for being Enzo’s otro papá.
Heather White (Licari)

Our very own firecracker, Heather makes every situation brighter. Chiara and Heather became friends when working at Licari's Sicilian Pizza Kitchen in 2018 and grew into besties over hundreds of Reeds Lake Trail walks, Winchester double mimosas, late nights at Back Forty, and first-snow donuts.

The Luigi to Gabe's Mario, Luis is Gabe's incredibly intelligent and hilarious younger brother. Gabe and Luis spent a lot of their childhood in matching outfits, training to be politicians — which is why they love to debate. Gabe would never have it any other way than to have Luis by his side on his special day.

Vale is one of the most generous and thoughtful women Chiara knows. She takes care of everything and everyone without ever complaining, always making sure you feel special. What a role model to look up to all these years. She gets an extra shoutout for helping plan Chiara & Gabe's wedding!
Luca Licari

Chiara's brother, Luca, is the life of the party — so much so that people are often brought to tears by his hilarious stories. Although five years apart and completely opposite of one another, they've grown to become best friends. Gabe is very excited to gain another younger brother — even though Luca cheers for AC Milan.

Something Chiara loves about Gabi is her artistic spirit. She’s always doing someone's hair, singing, making grape leaves, or baking Sicilian sweets. Chiara will never forget the dances Gabi choreographed for the cousins at Christmas — and she can’t wait to be tearing up the dance floor together at the wedding.

Jake has been making Gabe laugh since high school with his great sense of humor and goofy spirit. With a smile that never quits, Jake is always up for an adventure. And whether it’s pickleball, trivia, or board games, Jake’s always the one you want on your team. Gabe is grateful to have him as a friend.

Little Nikki and Chiara were glued at the hip, regularly sneaking sugar cubes off the tables at Noto's or talking for hours while Nikki played with Chiara's hair. They even called each other before every event to coordinate outfits — Nikki always in blue and Chiara pink. We might not be dressed in those colors on wedding day, but the tradition will continue.
Nathaniel VanderMyde

Nathaniel is always Gabe’s first call when the auto show comes to town. They can talk about cars for days. Like a 2015 E63 AMG, Nathaniel is reliable, very sporty, and looks chill but is ready to party. Beyond cars, he’s a master board game player and a great friend to have had over the years. Gabe always has the best time when they’re together.
Giulia Will

Giulia is one of the sweetest girls you’ll ever meet. She and Chiara grew up playing together at family parties and later worked together at Licari’s Sicilian Pizza Kitchen surviving the chaos of to-go orders during the height of the pandemic. Now, of course, they share a love of good food and Harry Styles.
Jake Stevens

Jake and Gabe became friends in high school, nerding out over history, playing COD until 4 a.m., and most importantly, watching *real* football. Sharing Jake's love for Arsenal, Gabe is so glad to have a friend to watch games with — and to commiserate alongside when Arsenal loses to Liverpool (Chiara's team).

Gabe's sister, Daisy, is super cool, fashionable AND athletic — talk about a triple threat! Chiara has never had a sister, so she's looking forward to gaining Daisy as one in September. (It feels like they already are!) It was very special to go wedding dress shopping together last summer.

Chiara met Brian while working at Sabo PR and they quickly bonded over a mutual love of fonts and food. A fabulous cook and host, Brian regularly makes Chiara & Gabe some of the best meals and cocktails they've ever had. We are thankful every day to have Brian in our lives.
Kendall Le

The smart and funny Kendall officially joined the Vázquez family after marrying Gabe's brother, Luis, back in December. Chiara is so excited to gain not one but two sisters this year and can't wait to make many memories together — hopefully soon on a family trip to Vietnam, where Kendall is from.

Leo is the best godson Chiara could ever ask for! This wedding will be the third sacrament they celebrate together. Leo gave his approval of Chiara & Gabe's relationship after Gabe played video games with him on the first day they met. Our Christmas game nights have become one of our favorite traditions.
