Cancellation Policy: 100% full pre-payment by individuals due Monday, October 20, 2025 with zero cancellation, zero refund thereafter. Plus, the hotel is just 1.1 miles from our wedding venue, making it a convenient and stress-free choice for your stay. No car rental is necessary, as everything you need is walkable or a short ride with Uber/Lyft! If you call to book your stay, please mention 'King Wedding' to ensure you're part of our reserved room block and receive the special rate. Be sure to reserve your room early, as availability in our block is limited! The following fees and other payments are authorized as applicable: Cancellation Policy: Must be requested by 3:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, 72 hours before the hotel reservation date of arrival, to avoid a penalty charge of the first-night room rate and taxes per room. No-Show Policy: No-Shows apply to any or all guests who have a reservation, who do not check in on the reservation date of arrival, and who do not provide a proper cancellation notification. No-Shows will be charged a penalty equivalent to the first-night room rate and taxes, per room. The Best Western- CORAL GABLES is located approximately 20 minutes away from our venue (Villa Woodbine) and the city of Coconut Grove. TRAFFIC WILL AFFECT TRANSPORTATION TO OUR VENUE (may be about a 30 minute drive depending) Please note that our wedding activities will take place in Coconut Grove. If you’re planning to explore Coconut Grove, you may want to consider transportation options or accommodations closer to the city center. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 04:00 PM local hotel time on Tuesday, December 02, 2025. Overnight Parking Fee: $15 per day Check-In: 3pm Check Out: 11am
