THE BEGINNING We first met at a bonfire in Little Elm, Texas in 2014. We started off as friends, but I quickly realized that I was interested in Wylie. All it took was one night at a bonfire, Wylie throwing a brisk bottle at me from across the fire (his way of flirting), and a few months of texting/spending time together before Wylie finally asked me to be his girlfriend on March 9. 2015. THE PROPOSAL On January 8, 2022, Wylie planned a "family" photoshoot. Toward the end of the session, Wylie changed Harper's bandana and got down on one knee. After, he planned a surprise engagement celebration that included friends and family at the Messina Hoff Winery in Bryan, Texas. THE DATE March 9th holds a special place in our hearts, which is why we decided to officially become husband and wife on our 10 year anniversary. We cannot wait to celebrate 10 years together and the start of the rest of our lives together as The Vance's!
