Dressy Casual – Semi-Formal with a Western Touch We’re having a barn wedding with a warm, rustic Western feel, and we’d love for our guests to look sharp while still feeling comfortable. Gentlemen: Nice jeans, a button-down, cowboy boots and belt buckles are totally welcome—just *please avoid the classic white shirt/jeans/boots combo* so you don’t match the groomsmen. Slacks and a button-down (with or without a blazer) are just as perfect. Dress shoes or boots—your call. We want you to feel like yourself while still dressing for the occasion. *Avoid a cream jacket if you decide to go that route.* Ladies: Cocktail dresses are ideal. A cocktail dress, a dressy pantsuit, or elegant separates (including a skirt or dressy slacks with a nice top) would be perfect. —we want you to feel confident and beautiful! You’re welcome to wear heels, but since the ceremony is in a barn, we suggest wedges, block heels, or something with a sturdy base. Please, no flip flops. *Please avoid cinnamon, terra-cotta, or sand-champagne colored dresses to keep the bridesmaids shining in their shades.*
