We strongly prefer families with children under the age of 16 to leave their children at home due to the fragile nature of the plants. However, we will have accommodations in place if they are not able to be left at home or with a relative. All children (under 18) MUST be supervised at all times on any property of the Botanical Gardens. ANY and ALL damage caused by someone under 18 will be the fault of the parents and will need to be paid for by the parents. The Conservatory will only be open for 1 hour from 5 pm to 6 pm. During the remainder of the celebration, children will be allowed to play on the patio of the Orangerie and will be watched by a provided baby sitter. Children MUST be watched fully if they are to be in the Orangerie at any time due to fragile decorations. Once again, we'd much prefer your children be left at home or with a relative if possible! Thank you! For further questions or concerns, please message me!
Unfortunately there will be no alcohol allowed at the event due to city ordinances! However, we will be having a mini get together at one of the local bars on Friday August 2nd! If you would like to join us please let us know!
Free public parking is available in the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens main lot which is located on the Southwest side of the Grand Conservatory. We have been debating this topic quite a lot this past year of planning and have decided that we'd like to start fresh and pick a new last name we think suits us more. So after lots of trial and error, we've decided on Ashford (Ford of ash trees; Sword edge ford. Ashford is a masculine name with English origins. Traditionally a surname, it can translate to “ford of ash trees.” The Ash tree is rich with symbolism and folklore, from being seen as the Tree of Life to being used to ward off evil spirits.). Also, as many of you may be wondering, yes Korban will be Legally changing his name to Alex for personal reasons. We hope you all understand and hope you're looking forward to having a fun time! See you in August!
