What if I do not want to stay at the Grande Sandals resort?

Answer

If guests do not stay at the Grande Sandals Resort they will only be allowed on the resort an hour before the reception (5 PM) and have to leave right after the reception. There will also be a fee of $145 that has to be paid to come to the wedding. This is a resort cost.

Can I stay at another Sandals Resort on St Lucia?

Answer

Yes! We will need to set you up to come to the Grande the day of the reception with the Grande resort though.

Is anyone under 18 allowed at the resort during the reception?

Answer

Yes - we are only allowed 5 guests under 18 for the reception. Please reach out to Cheyenne to discuss this more.

Is there free transporation to and from the airport?

Answer

When booking through Sandals they provide free transportation to and from the airport.

Up to what date can I get a full refund on my hotel room?

Answer

Up to 31 days prior to arriving you can get a full refund for your room.

How updated does my passport need to be?

Answer

You need to have a passport that is not expiring within 6 months of travel.
