Question

Dress for the wedding?Dress for the wedding?

Answer

Semi-Formal/Cocktail: Women: Cocktail dress or jumpsuit Men: suit/sport coat, slacks, dress shorts and a dress shirt. The wedding ceremony and reception will primarily take place outdoors at a wine garden. There will be outdoor heaters, fire pits, and some enclosed spaces. There will also be cornhole and other games available. We hope to get a group photograph with all our guests so please wear fall dress clothing! NO athletic wear, jeans or hoodies.

Answer

Due to the type of venue and there being fire pits, water, woods, and winery gardens for the safety of your little ones unless they have been included on the invite to be a part of the wedding celebration we ask you leave your adorable little ones home.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:30 PM. The shuttle from the reception area to the ceremony space will start at 4:30 and end at 5:15. No one will be allowed to shuttle or walk to the ceremony space after 5:15 so plan accordingly!

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Ceremony space and winery garden all in one location?Ceremony space and winery garden all in one location?

Answer

Renaissance Wine Garden is all on one property. They have shuttle that can take people from the parking area near the wine garden down to the ceremony space. There are bathrooms down at the ceremony space as well. When you first arrive the winery may still be open/setting up the reception space so feel free to make sit there for a bit or make your way down to the ceremony space.

Where/How can I RSVP and when do I need to have it submitted?Where/How can I RSVP and when do I need to have it submitted?

Answer

We are tracking RSVP’s through our website and we ask them to be submitted at the latest of September 18th. Each save the date and invitation has a QR code that will take you directly to the website. Once you make it to the home page find the tab that says “Registry” and follow the directions from there.

Answer

Our venue space allows a specific amount of people so we ask if not specified on the invitations/save the dates and website, we ask to not bring a plus one. If there has been a possible mistake or there is confusing, reach out to the bride or groom and we will answer that question.

Yes. With that being said, please try to carpool as much as possible!

Answer

Yes, we are providing an open bar. We have chosen three different wines, two beer options, and two cocktails.

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! There are plans in place just in case if the weather turns.
