Question
How do I RSVP & is there a deadline?
Answer
You can RSVP via our wedding website by clicking the “RSVP” tab. Type in your name and if you will be joining us. We will do a final headcount 60 days before our wedding. This is to ensure our venue and vendors have an accurate guest count. The deadline to RSVP is July 20th.

Are children welcome?
Answer
We have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult only event. We hope this advance notice will mean you will still be able to join us.

Are there venue rules?
Answer
Yes. There is no smoking, vaping, or e-cigs allowed on site. No outside alcohol, there will be alcohol provided by our bartender.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We want our guests comfortable. We request you dress formal and appropriate for a wedding. Our wedding party will be in burgundy. Groom will be in emerald green, so please do not wear this color. Please take in consideration the weather in September as the wedding will continue into the night where it may get chilly. There are fire pits outside, and propane heaters inside the pavilion.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30. We ask all guests to arrive by 3 to allow enough time to park and find a seat at the ceremony site. All guests will need to be seated by 3:15 so there are no interruptions as the ceremony prepares to start.

Our venue has parking on site, there will be signage for guests parking.

Can I bring a Plus One?
Answer
We are wanting to keep our wedding small and intimate but have allotted a place for a plus one for those who have received an invite only addressed to them. Please check your RSVP link to see your plus one guest selection. If you do not have a guest spot, you've talked to the bride about not needing one.

Will the venue be indoor or outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors in an open low cut grass area surrounded by trees. The reception will be “outdoors” in an open pavilion, along with an outdoor dance floor and seating.

What if I don’t RSVP in time?
Answer
If you don’t RSVP by July 20th, you will be marked as “not attending,” and will not be added to the final count for the venue and vendors.

What if I RSVP, but can’t make it?
Answer
We will miss you! We understand life happens, but please let the bride or groom know as soon as possible that you will no longer be attending.

Where is our gift registry?
Answer
Instead of the traditional registry of gifts, we are asking for contributions towards our honeymoon! We have a honeymoon fund that goes directly through Venmo which will have zero fees, or one for your credit card. We will also have a card box at the wedding for any well wishes!
